The 10m x 5m pool takes pride of place at the rear of the property, with a spacious Veranda that bask in the sun all day long (not overlooked by anybody).The side gardens have a colorful range of plants and trees.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms, and is comfortably furnished for the accommodation of 6 adults each bedroom has its own on-suit.

Indoors
Lounge: The entrance hall and living room provide an impressive light and airy large space and contains a comfortable seating, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD, CD player, and doors which lead out to the veranda and pool area where you will find sun loungers and furniture for outside entertaining. The dining area which seats 6 is next to another set of patio doors leading out to the pool and gardens.Kitchen The kitchen area is fully fitted with plenty of cupboard space. It has an integral oven / hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, clothes airier and iron with ironing board. You will want for nothing in this beautifully fitted kitchen which is a real home from home. Bedroom(s): On the ground level there is a twin bedroom with a two single beds and ensuite facilities. There is a sweeping marble stair case lead to the upper level where you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite shower and a further bedroom with 2 single beds in, also having its own ensuite. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space and are fully air conditioned.

Other facilities Guest toilet and laundry room are located down stairs. Air-con usage is not included in the price, the charge for this is £3.00 per unit per day, and this can be paid for locally.
