Dealing with small to large residential and holiday complexes throughout the Paphos region, specifically dealing with Landscaping , Paphos Property Maintenance, Gardens and swimming pool maintenance. We at A&As Property Management Ltd are a forward thinking company with several years experience within marketplace. Our Aim Is to ensure that not only you’re residential/holiday complex and/or private villa is maintained to the highest of standards, but to provide a service second to none offering trust and polite and professional staff. Company Polices Even though unnecessary in our existing clients eyes, A&As Property Management Ltd offers all our clients a unbiased confidential complaints department, where we accept and will fully investigate to the best of our ability through our complaints and ethics department any and all complaints. A&As Property Management Ltd would prefer all approaches to members of staff to be in a professional and polite manner. All our staff are trained to assist you in any manner possible. A&As Property Management Ltd ensures that all contractual terms and conditions are met swiftly and without delay, if for any reason A&As Property Management Ltd is unable to meet a deadline due to unforeseen circumstances and/or acts of god, we will ensure that you will be notified in advance and A&As Property Management Ltd should not be held liable. Example: Flooding: If we are working on a landscaping project and weather conditions create a flooding situation, your contract may be delayed for the period thereof. Communal Repairs All communal area repairs made by A&As Property Management Ltd will be invoiced between all interested parties. i. As per the contract and terms and conditions thereof ii. At the end of the summer season if client on our basic package.(October) Payment due for work completed is to reach A&As Property Management Ltd by the end of the following month: i.e. Last Friday in October. If the development/complex has several owners, a single invoice will be raised and issued to the relevant development / complex’s committee (No separate or individual invoices will be raised) separate billing is the sole responsibility of the relevant development / complex’s committee A&As Property Management Ltd is a fully registered and insured company licensed to provide the following services. Complex • Maintenance of communal Areas • Landscaped Areas • Swimming pool maintenance Private Residential Properties • Property Management • Landscaped areas • Swimming pool maintenance • Hard landscaping and design of gardens and communal areas. Any requests of other services can either be processed by A&As Property Management Ltd or assistance can be given in acquiring other professionals licensed to work with the requested enquiry. References are available from ALL OF OUR CLIENTS, All our completed projects or contracts are freely available for a visit so as you can review the quality and expertise that A&As Property Management Ltd offers. Payment method All monies due to A&As Property Management Ltd are normally monthly i.e. last Friday of each month. (Additional payment terms by request).
