With the aide of the Aresti family A&As Property Managment are proud to announce that for the coming 2008 season that we have available FOUR purpose built villa's exclusively designed and catering for the disabled and their familes.

  1. PA030 Villa Ifagenia - Located in the Coral Bay Area
    A complete wheelchair friendly property consisting of no steps, walk in shower/wet room, wide doorways and spacious corridors.
    The property also consist of many internal and external located handrails.

  2. PA028 Villa Lambrini - Located in the Coral Bay Area
    A disabled friendly villa, consisting of only a single step throughout the complete property, spacious doorways, large patio/pool areas, large bathrooms for ease of access.
    The property also consist of many internal and external located handrails.

  3. PA026 Villa Arestis - Located in the Coral Bay Area
    A disabled friendly villa, consisting of only two small steps throughout the complete property, portable ramps, spacious rear seating area and doorways, large patio/pool areas, large bathrooms for ease of access. The property also consist of many internal and external located handrails.

  4. PA026 Villa Andreas - Located in the Coral Bay Area <<Property Details coming soon>>
    A disabled friendly villa, consisting of only two small steps throughout the complete property, portable ramps, spacious rear seating area and doorways, large patio/pool areas, large bathrooms for ease of access. The property also consist of many internal and external located handrails.

All the properties we offer are ground floor bungalows within minimal to no stairs/steps, spacious corridors, doorsways, paths and ramps for ease of wheelchair access. There is ample car parking areas easily accessable to the property and large storage areas for wheel chairs and such.

For the disabled we can also offer at a minimal charge a pool lift to assit you, wheel chair friendly transportation and a 24/7 emergency call out service for electrical and plumbing.
