All information is entered into your own personal diary, which we keep on your behalf, this is also our record of when and what time and date we entered into your property, We also supply a 24 hour call out for Emergency
 
We also sevice your Gardens, Swimming pools, laundry, Extras, Airport pick up and drop off, for your special guests, car Hire, welcome packs, other services, odd jobs, purchasing, photos, signs etc

Every one of our holiday rental clients receives 5 star treatment, from their first visit to our rental web site where they can browse and book their accommodation, book additional luxury items such as chauffeur from the airport, welcome packages, car rentals to finding what's on in the area. We send a homecare manager to visit them at the start of the rental period and thereafter weekly not only to ensure they are enjoying their accommodation, but to instruct them on the owner’s house rules and how everything works.
